Privacy Policy

taski is operated by Serhii Viacheslavovych Zelinskyi, Individual Entrepreneur (FOP), registered in Ukraine ("we", "us", "our"), the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Contact us at support@taski.space.

• Account information. Your name and email address, managed through our authentication provider. We never store your password.
• Activity data. The lists, activities, time sessions, habits, notes, and templates you create in the app.
• Media & attachments. Voice memos, images, and files you attach to your activities and notes.
• Subscription information. If you buy a subscription, we receive limited purchase details from the app store (such as your subscription and renewal status) so we can unlock premium features. We do not receive or store your payment card number — see "Payments & subscriptions" below.
• Diagnostics & usage. Basic device and app-performance data (such as crash reports and anonymous usage events) to keep the app reliable.
• Optional integrations. If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events on a read-only basis to display them alongside your activities. You can disconnect at any time.

We use your information to operate and improve the app, keep you signed in, sync your data across devices, provide the features you request, process subscriptions, and diagnose problems. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to build advertising profiles.

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those stores process your payment and handle your billing details; we never see or store your full payment card information. The store shares limited transaction data with us (for example, whether your subscription is active) so we can provide premium features. Your purchase is also subject to the store's own privacy policy.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, including:

• our authentication provider (to manage sign-in and accounts);
• our cloud hosting and storage provider (to store your data and attachments);
• the Apple App Store and Google Play (to process subscriptions); and
• diagnostics and analytics providers (to keep the app stable).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Account in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated activity data, notes, and attachments, including any connected-calendar tokens. Some records may be retained where required by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. Authentication and credentials are handled by our authentication provider; we never see or store your password. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate from Ukraine and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected under applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your display name, review connected sign-in methods, disconnect optional integrations, and delete your account from within the app. To exercise any other right, contact us at support@taski.space.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
